Hawaii

Well, I just got back from an 8 day cruise in Hawaii! My grandparents took their whole family (all my aunts & uncles and cousins) with them on a cruise over Christmas that went to Maui, Hawaii, Oahu and Kauai. It was SWEET. There were really only 4 things I didn't like about it(which must seem funny, who would complain about a free cruise to Hawaii?):

1. I missed Jenn horribly
2. I would rather be "home" for Christmas. I'm told "home" is where the heart is, so that ones obvious :D
3. It was cloudy almost all the time, except for on Maui (Christmas Eve and Christmas day!)
4. The rocking of the boat made me feel tired.

Well, thats all I can complain about - the rest just rocked my socks off =) Basically everything was already paid for, so I could just walk into the most expensive restaurants, sit down and order my 16 oz steaks (or 2 or 3 of them) and have whatever else I wanted (usually went with steak though...). I'd have to say my favorite part was going to Maui, I've been there a number of times with my family and I just love it. Lahaina is pretty much the only place on the planet I enjoy shopping... except for electronics stores hehe =)

Highlights

• Visiting Kilauea volcano on Hawaii
• Surfing (ok - so I can't or haven't surfed any huge waves - but its still hecka fun)
• Sweet dinners on board the "Pride of Aloha"
• Being rocked to sleep every night - so nice!
• Talking with Jenn on the phone =)
• Devo's with Ben
• Room service whilst watching Family Guy with Ben and Jordan
• Being in Hawaii while all my friends were freezing on the mainland... hehe

Yeah, I'm going to try to call Jenn now, and then I'm going to bed. Why? Because I can. And I'm tired. More to come later =)

"We will glorify" comes from a song that I sung while in Kantorei - a smaller a cappella group I joined as a senior in High School while I attended BCS.
